[Dashboard] Usability fixes
See original GitHub issue- Order criteria in the Datasets view should match (most of) the options in the headers:
- Favorites first
- Updated (Newest / Oldest)
- Name (asc / desc)
- Rows (asc / desc)
- Size (asc / desc)
- Usage (asc / desc)
- Privacy (asc / desc)
- Filter dropdown: Change

. - Open “footer” links in a new tab
- Do not display negative values in the Remaining column of Disk usage metric.
It should say “O MB” (instead of -22.3 MB):
- Make the “checkbox” to select maps / datasets more evident.
- Make “hoverable” items more “hoverable” (it’s not easy to discover you can move the mouse over what look like text):
- List of tags: “X tags”
- List of maps where a dataset is used: “X maps”.
- ~Privacy Lock icon is confusing (can be understood as lock).~

Not really. I don’t think they are the same thing.
lock = restrict access to the full functionality or data of (a computer, mobile phone, file, etc.), especially by requiring a user to verify their identity with a passcode or other form of authentication: my computer is locked and I've forgotten my login info | I don't want people to read my emails—that's why I lock my phone.
archive = place or store (something) in an archive. • Computing transfer (data) to a less frequently used storage medium such as magnetic tape: the entire directory will be archived.
I have the feeling that we’ll have to revisit the locking workflow once we investigate a bit further how people are using CARTO, so I think we can forget about this for now. I will remove the task.
