Directory `Android/data` inaccessible in Android 11

The directory Android/data under internal storage is no longer accessible in Android 11.
Reproduction Steps
- If there was a directory under
Android/data, there would be a permission error. - If I try to add a directory, after selecting
Android/data, I see nothing.
Version Information
- App Version: 1.15.1.0
- Syncthing Version: v1.15.1
- Android Version: LineageOS 18.1
- Device manufacturer: Xiaomi
- Device model: MIX 2S
