Description
Update terra-props-table to use the current version of react-docgen
. The current version pulls in babel-runtime which relies on babel v6

Let’s hold of on doing this work for now. It looks like react-docgen v5 is in beta, I’d like to wait until that comes up.
We talked in scrum that when we want to look at move from using react-docgen at run-time to using it at build time to cut down on the webpack bundle.
We also talked about with doing this, we’ll likely not add any more enhancements / dependencies updates to terra-props-table and plan to deprecate it once we add the ability to use react-docgen at build time.
