Where options are documented?

Where are the docs for options? For example what does this option do? tqp0 I know it sets transparency to 150 by default but what are the rest?

There really should be a link to the help page when it’s shown in the browser, or at least at the beginning of the README. If a Twitter account is linked, then why not link the documentation?

PNG options:
    p                       # add frame around the output
