No background for the typeahead drop-down for Educational Institute

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to
Dashboard - Click on
Edit Details - Try entering something in
Educational instituteinput - See error in suggestions
Expected behavior
There should be some background for the drop-down(preferably white)
