Class and sample weights are not taken into account when calibrating probabilities

It seems to me that sigmoid_train doesnt take weights into account.

For sample weight you need http://www.csie.ntu.edu.tw/~cjlin/libsvmtools/#weights_for_data_instances There is a separate README.weight there
