Greek Phi Symbol or Greek Phi Letter
See original GitHub issueI was working with the alphabet.py
and I noticed that for phi letter, we use “Greek Phi Symbol U+03D5, ϕ” instead of “Greek Small Letter Phi U+03C6, φ” which is strange because other consonants seem to belong to Small Letter group rather than Symbol group. Was there a specific reason behind this? They also don’t seem to be compatible even in the case of a unicodedata.normalize("NFKD", str)
