[iPadOS] code-server:3.1.1 loses scroll inertia
See original GitHub issueHi, I’m not sure if this is a code-server or iPadOS issue but after using the IDE for a bit, the scroll inertia just suddenly stops working. I’ve tried turning on smooth scrolling in the settings but it would still persist. Logs don’t show anything useful. The only fix is to reload the app via CMD + R
.

Running latest version (3.1.1) of code-server on a fresh Docker container. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Must be a vscode upstream issue as well, I heard people having issues with it as well on iPadOS for VSO.
