Loading hanging

The app is not loading after the project is created and WORDPRESS_GRAPHQL_ENDPOINT is configured.
It does not return any error, the browser page starts to load and doesn’t stop.
First thought that endpoint url was wrong, but after install the basic version with the same configuration, it works.
Anyone with this problem?
My node version is: v14.17.4 (have 17.3.0 also installed but npm run dev returns error:03000086:digital envelope routines::initialization error error
NPM version: 6.14.14
OS: Windows 10 20H2

I’ve also went to check the basic version and it worked with the same config. With this version it get’s stuck in infinite loading after the project was created.
