No smooth animation on left sidebar menu arrows

When I expand an item on the left sidebar menu, I see the 90° rotation but it isn’t smooth as it should be, regardless the demo https://adminlte.io/themes/AdminLTE/pages/examples/blank.html. I pass directly from > to v.
I just install last version of AdminLTE, I’m on version 2.3.11.
Am I missing something?

The rotation transition of the arrow was added to version 2.4 which is the version in the demo. V2.4 is currently in Beta, feel free to to upgrade by following this guide: https://adminlte.io/docs/2.4/upgrade-guide
