Describe the bug

Poor GPS reception when driving. Sometimes happens upon boot, but more than often happens while I’m driving.

Another route when this happened (before I restarted the C2): 715ac05b594e9c59|2021-10-22--15-51-00

C2 is out of warranty, but as per @VirtuallyChris’s request, I’m submitting a bug report. 😄

@pd0wm and I looked into this, and on at least one of your routes it looks like it’s actually a race condition between boardd’s pigeon thread and the setting of power save mode, which makes your ublox (GPS) module never initialize. Will open a PR soon to fix this race condition and (hopefully) get rid of these issues.

This only affects C2s.
