Many language communities are self organising and have their contact channels on diverse systems. It would be cool to keep a list of them so that when someone wants to get in contact they know where to go. Here are a couple to start with:

This is great, thanks for kicking it off Francis! As far as the repo/I’m concerned this can live in /docs with a link to it from the top-level README under “How to contribute”. Would you like to submit a PR?

It should definitely be part of the playbook at some point but I’m not sure what the ownership status of that document is right now.
