Users sending feedback may not realize that it reveals the identity behind their wiki username
See original GitHub issueSome Mediawiki contributors would be at risk if their identity is revealed. Problem: When WhistleblowerFromNorthKorea123 sends feedback about the app, the following is posted to the public mailing list:

Solution: I think we should show a toast like this when tapping “Feedback”, while the email compose activity appears:
Please remove from this email any information that you are not comfortable sharing publicly.
(I just changed the group’s settings so that email addresses are not visible anymore, please let me know if they are still visible to non-managers)

I would prefer Option 2 personally, as the people with access to the private list are mostly devs who use it to access crash reports, and I can’t easily add people to the list (due to WMF’s requirements - they have to sign a NDA).
