[package] openssl/1.1.1d: strawberryperl fail to download

Package and Environment Details (include every applicable attribute)

  • Package Name/Version: openssl/1.1.1d
  • Operating System+version: Windows 10, 64bit
  • Compiler+version: Visual Studio 15
  • Conan version: conan 1.19.2

Steps to reproduce (Include if Applicable)

Just conan install openssl/1.1.1d for some settings, and its start to download strawberryperl for whole day.

I could confirm I can access http://strawberryperl.com/releases.html and download any zip files manually.

Please help to check, thank you!
