Adding organization info to extra
See original GitHub issueThis was raised by a contributor that felt it was very important to list the organization that was maintaining the recipe. @ocefpaf proposed the spec below. Seems like we should discuss and agree on some strategy if organizations should be included.

Now, that is an idea I can get behind. 👍 Not that we have to go this way, but Jupyter does a nice thing for this.
Nor am I thrilled about the idea either. All I would like to see is that if we include this, we pick one way to do it.
