Would be great to have a package for gast. A library for working with Abstract Syntax Trees generally over Python versions. Also required for recent tensorflow versions.

The issue is in update in gast package to 0.3.0 where Num constant was removed. See the corresponding commit. Affected packages. tensorflow<=1.14; tensorflow- ......
