Hi,

It’s more a question than an issue. I’m using CLI and in the top of my changelog.md I’ve got this:

What is it for? Is it possible to not write this line?

@eventualbuddha @luftywiranda13, semantic-release is once again under very active development.

As for removing the HTML anchor tag, would someone be willing to submit a pull request to remove that HTML segment from our header template?
