Image previewer - image name always "index.png" for OMEMO

Click on image, preview widget appears, right click on image, save -> see that the original filename is not used

I need to open the link directly blob:https://domain/uuid and then save to proper name.

More observations, for another OMEMO image aesgcm://path/realname.jpg#…

Firefox - preview OMEMO, right click tries to save as “index.jpg”
Vivaldi - preview OMEMO, right click tries to save as “uuid-blob-name.jpeg” (different extension!?)
Firefox - open OMEMO blob link directly, tab title is “realname.jpg” right click tries to save as “index.jpeg” (different extension!?)
Firefox - open OMEMO blob link directly, hit CTRL-S (not right click!) tries to save as “realname.jpg” (realname (jpeg size xxxxxxx).jpg whatever)
Vivaldi - open OMEMO blob link directly, tab title is “uuid-blob-name” right click (or CTRL-S) tries to save as “uuid-blob-name.jpeg” (different extension!?)
