Steps to Reproduce

In example freehandRoi/index.html
Change this on line 182

        cornerstoneTools.freehand.activate(element, 1);
        cornerstoneTools.pan.activate(element, 4);

Expected behavior: Allow drawing freehand using left click while pan using right click

Actual behavior: Only Allow drawing freehand using left click,no response on right click

I was just doing something silly, fixed locally, will PR a fix.
