Describe the bug

Since a retrieval problem (cause 2001) two weeks ago, I can no longer retrieve a certificate for a PCR test. The test result is displayed, but the certificate cannot be generated: “Fehler bei der Zertifikatsabfrage”. When clicking on “Nochmal versuchen” a TestCertificateException is thrown. I have already tried it with several tests.

Steps to reproduce the issue

some results from my personal research:

• CWA is aksing for forename, surname and birthdate if the user requests certificate
• if this data does not exists on the dcc server, the user gets 202 in the cwa

So your testcenter does not deliver forename, surname and birthdate in a second request to the dcc server.

Hope this helps for further reconstruction.
