Describe the issue
The default branch of https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-documentation was renamed from master to main on Jan 27, 2022 (see https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-documentation/issues/826#issuecomment-1023016964).
Links in https://www.coronawarn.app which explicitly reference the master branch https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-documentation/tree/master are covered by GitHub’s “Moved Permanently” function (see https://github.com/github/renaming). The Cypress testsuite
npm test
continues to run successfully despite this change.
A cleaner solution, which does not rely on redirects, would be to update the links.
Suggested change
Change hyperlinks in https://www.coronawarn.app like:
- https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-documentation/blob/master or
- https://github.com/corona-warn-app/cwa-documentation/tree/master
to refer to the main branch instead of the master branch.
