Improving Google Dictionary's Search Success Rate

Problems:

1. Neither define:American nor define:american works
2. define:espionage works but define:Espionage does not

Observations:

1. meaning:american works but meaning:American still does not
2. meaning:espionage works but meaning:Espionage still does not

Suggestions:

1. Uncapitalize the first letter of any input
2. Use meaning: instead of define: as the default search operator
3. Try define: when meaning: does not give any results

Note that define and meaning remain useful as they can correct wrong spellings and thus increase search success rate.

For example, if I search by using define:exisential, google would return results of define:existential.

Whereas if I simply use the link https://www.google.com/search?q=dictionary&oq=dicitona&sclient=psy-ab#dobs=exisential, it would return No definitions found for this word. Try searching the web.
