Cant find clips since recent update.

Additional information: I am not sure when it stopped, but recently my frigqte card has not been able to find the clips, either snapshot or video. It works well otherwise. I think I read everything and dont see this problem listed, butI apologize if i missed something. I dont see any errors in any logs. Let me know if there is something I should include as data to help

Maybe a long-shot, but camera names are case sensitive. Did you try ‘office’ instead of ‘Office’?
