Authentication failure

- GitHub Desktop:1.1.1
- Operating system:Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]
Steps to Reproduce
- log into github.com on chrome
- switch contexts to my workplace org “AppAccount”
- click on one of our private repositories
- click on “clone or download”
- choose “open in desktop”, “URL” (url is automatically filled out"
- use the “choose…” button to choose a new folder
- press “clone”
Expected Behavior
Expected to check out the repository
Actual Behavior
error message “We were unable to authenticate with github.com. Please enter your username and password to try again.” Inputting the correct password has no effect, the same dialog box comes back.

@steveward I don’t see any repositores there at File > Clone repository > GitHub.com. However when I go to File > Options > Accounts I can see my profile photo and username and there is a “Sign out” button.
Good news is that I clicked the sign out button and signed in from the same window and now I can see all my repositories.
It may be interesting to note that this was a fresh first-time install of Github Desktop on this computer.
When I click on “Select a repository” in Desktop, I don’t see any of the repositories for my work organization even though I can see them at github.com in Chrome.
