- Github desktop run
- See error popup
Expected behavior
There is no error!!

I get the same error in all applications. I tried to find a way to solve the problem on the web, but most of them came out 4 years ago, and it seems that the content is different from what it is now.

git-gui.exe -> pop up window below fatal error occures Cannot parse Git version string:

It works only in the window command and powershell.
I’ve been seeing this recently as well, and I have 2.36.1.windows.1 git was installed on my machine.
