Can´t install gulp-sass latest version in Windows 10

I want to install gulp-sass in my new project, and I can’t I tried with npm and yarn, but anyone works This is the data:

Try installing @mr-hope/gulp-sass instead of gulp-sass

npm i @mr-hope/gulp-sass
