Search facet for input file types should display readable name

For the EDAM ontology, seeing http://edamontology.org/format_2572 is confusing. Seeing BAM makes a lot more sense. We should display the name of these words and not the IDs.

Edit: This is true with both Input File Formats and Output File Formats.

Might be part of the openwdl 2.0 proposals, but I’m not the expert on that…

Yeah, only CWL captures this as far as I know … which isn’t much in this aspect of things I hope it wouldn’t be Dockstore specific …

https://github.com/ga4gh/workflow-execution-service-schemas/issues/161 has something written up by @mr-c (thanks!) that seems to indicate WDL has NA* corresponding to CWL’s format and The user provided vocabulary can be referenced to discover common filename extensions for recording in dxWDL style parameter_meta.id.types and/or parameter_meta.id.patterns.
