Corber (formerly Ember Cordova) requires that the application uses the 'hash' locationType.

When I use hash with the add-on it appears to work, except for a noticeable stutter just before the new route loads (although I don’t notice this stutter on desktop - possibly because of more CPU)

Can you envisage it being possible to create some router-scroll-hash locationType which extends hash instead of history?

Yes, I was misunderstanding you. 😀 Sorry about that.

HistoryLocation is required for ember-router-scroll. HashLocation with scroll position breaks browser functionality of page ids.

I think you might be mis-understanding me - I’m only seeing the issue when I intentionally mis-use the add-on (e.g if I don’t use locationType: 'route-scroll', as is required by the docs) and then it’s only on Cordova-compiled apps.

The reason I don’t use the prescribed locationType is because ember-cordova apps must use the hash locationType…
