- 0% pass rate
Interop.FunctionalTests.Http3.Http3RequestTests.GET_GracefulServerShutdown_RequestCompleteSuccessfullyInsideHostTimeout

They should get unquarantined in “30 days - recently” right?
ClientCertificate_AllowOrRequire_Available_Invalid_Refused and ClientCertificate_Allow_NotAvailable_Optional have recently been fixed. They should have gone from solid red to solid green.
We should also unquarantine them if they are solid.
