Swashbuckle doesnt generate Swagger UI or docs when deployed to Azure App Services

To Reproduce

1. Create an ASP.NET Core Web Application
2. Select the “ASP.NET Core Web API” project template
3. Debug to make sure Swagger stuff is working
4. Publish to Azure
5. Test to see if api functions
6. Test Azure App Service web site to see if Swagger UI / docs are generated

you’d be hard-pressed to convince me that we should just turn it on by default and allow security-minded individuals to accidentally describe their APIs or worse, accidentally allow for their test executions. 😃

@bradygaster – couldn’t agree more, just didn’t think to check service registration when I was troubleshooting. Nice work all-in-all. The only downside is I no longer look like a magician when I provide OpenApi docs – you guys have made it way too easy 😉

I completely missed that it was configured to run only if env.IsDevelopment by default. Man don’t I feel foolish – thanks
