EF6 RC1: Many to many scaffolding results in model building errors (runtime)

The relationship from ‘EmployeeTerritory (Dictionary<string, object>)’ to ‘Employee’ with foreign key properties {‘TerritoryId’ : string} cannot target the primary key {‘EmployeeId’ : int} because it is not compatible. Configure a principal key or a set of foreign key properties with compatible types for this relationship.
