The list of iOS simulators is not populated in the last visual studio update
Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2022 (64-bit) - Preview Version 17.4.0 Preview 2.1

- Open Visual Studio
- Create any iOS project
- Connect to a mac
- Open list of Simulators

No, you don’t need to remove Xcode 14, just install 13.4.1, if you don’t have it installed, then select it in Xcode/Preferences/Locations
Facing the same issue on Mac after updating to Xcode 14. Xamarin is already fixed, but it looks like MAUI still doesn’t work with Xcode 14.
