Xcode 14.1 not compatible whit VS 2022

I am trying to run the MAUI application on a MacBook connected to the network, during the connection process a message appears:
The Xcode version installed on the Mac (14.1) is not compatible with this version of Visual Studio. This may cause unexpected warnings or errors when building and deploying iOS projects. Please install Xcode '0.0'. To download a specific version of Xcode, visit https://developer.apple.com/downloads.
after that, it connected but no simulator showed,
now I will downgrade Xcode to 14.0 and give that try
