After upgrading your application to 1.1.0 (our current verification bits) attempting to scaffold a controller results in:

We encountered this in the last verification process and ended up fixing it by adding a direct package reference to Microsoft.DotNet.InternalAbstractions. That fix doesn’t seem to have made it back to the current release. This was needed because one of the dependent Scaffolding packages required Microsoft.DotNet.InternalAbstractions at one point and was since removed.
