AttributeError: 'UndefinedType' object has no attribute 'localizations'

Trying to import the pandaSDMX at the project. Returns the error message:

Seems to be an issue with a pydantic update. pip install pydantic==1.7 did the trick for me.

Thanks for spotting and suggesting a solution. It is fixed in v1.4.2 which is available on pypi and conda-forge.
