Annoying pop-up when saving the file

Describe the bug

When updating a file, the pop-up is shown asking the user if he/she wants to save the file. It’s quite annoying, it’s happening in different stacks. It not showing all time, sometimes auto saver saves that without problems. Note: The issue was reproduced when immediately opening the file after workspace loaded. When I waited a few minutes, the issue was gone.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Get Started page, Get Started tab
2. Click on Java Gradle workspace
3. Open HelloWorld.java file (go to file explorer and open console-java-simple/src/main/java/org/eclipse/che/examples
4. Type something, wait for the auto saver to save your changes

Expected behavior

The pop-up should not be shown.
