txTimeout no longer respected

txTimeout in networks.local.json is no longer respected between batches if after jumping from “v0.12.6” => “v0.12.8”

Can you show me the error for the first TX that failed? Did it just take longer than the txTimeout? That would cause this as sequence wouldn’t be updated like you say.

Should be fine to manually manage the sequence, just want to make sure I’m clear on what’s happening here.
