Feat: standup remove functionality

FEATURE REQUEST:

The standup command is a really useful command however, it would be really great if the standup command also has a remove feature(mostly as many times we screw up writing the standup-text)

Something that functions like this:

Perhaps we could use some regex to check if standup is followed by remove and a messageID or we could parse the command arguments to check if the 1st element in message is remove

Additional context:

This stemmed from @metaverde getting a double embed when deleting a prior standup message as it contained the word basically… but eddiebot embedded it twice(and that led to some people wondering if eddiebot has a bug)
