[IDEA]: A poll/learn command

Idea:
(Perhaps we can use eddiebot for a poll
regarding what have we been learning?) we dm EddieBot with a command ^learned <stuff>, which gets stored in the firestore, from where it can be fetched by a github bot/discord bot and post it monthly.
