Why the bot detect timezones in the config file only?

See original GitHub issue

I think the bot shouldnā€™t be limited to the timezones in the config file, it should detect all timezones and print the time in popular timezones in the config file.

For example it should detect 1 pm UTC+2 or 1 pm eet even though itā€™s not the config file.

I learnt recently that people can DM the bot, I wonder if the reply from the bot is kept quite small, but also includes instructions to DM the bot with a command and a specific timezone they would want, then the bot replies to that DM

Thanks @mikeysan , I think you are correct šŸ‘ - I removed the label no-issue-activity also that the Stalebot adds, otherwise it will get closed again next time
