Why the bot detect timezones in the config file only?

I think the bot shouldn’t be limited to the timezones in the config file, it should detect all timezones and print the time in popular timezones in the config file.

For example it should detect 1 pm UTC+2 or 1 pm eet even though it’s not the config file.

I learnt recently that people can DM the bot, I wonder if the reply from the bot is kept quite small, but also includes instructions to DM the bot with a command and a specific timezone they would want, then the bot replies to that DM

Thanks @mikeysan , I think you are correct 👍 - I removed the label no-issue-activity also that the Stalebot adds, otherwise it will get closed again next time
