Plan V7 Release
See original GitHub issueThe last major release (V6) was in November, 2018. A new major release at least every six months seems desirable.
Ideas for V7:
- Drop Node 6 support
- Drop eslint 4 support
- Remove deprecated rules
- Enable additional recommended rules
Some suggestions for new recommended rules in V7:
1 no-arrow-function-computed-properties
2. no-deeply-nested-dependent-keys-with-each
3. no-ember-super-in-es-classes
4. no-incorrect-calls-with-inline-anonymous-functions
5. no-invalid-debug-function-arguments
6. no-new-mixins
7. no-unnecessary-route-path-option
8. no-volatile-computed-properties
9. require-return-from-computed

I’m not sure I agree with this specific statement, I think we should do things “as needed”. This might be as often as every 6 months, but I do not think we should assume we always need a major per-6 month period.
Great job @bmish, thanks for spearheading this!
