What did you do? Please include the actual source code causing the issue, as well as the command that you used to run ESLint.

What did you expect to happen?

  672:100  error  ["default"] is better written in dot notation  dot-notation

✖ 1 problem (1 error, 0 warnings)
  1 error and 0 warnings potentially fixable with the `--fix` option.

The error is not notified in local environment, vscode, or in travis build, but the error is notified as above in a jenkins instance with: node v12.14.1 npm v6.13.4.

• I was on an old eslint version
• The new eslint v7.9.0 fixes it correctly
