sorry @aashutoshrathi if ^^ it offends you in any way, ^^ wasn’t intentional, this are kind of my initial gitcoin days. I am just working and getting familiar with processes. As far I got this, process is something like… you apply for issue, work on it, send PR, commit enough and submit work.
Meanwhile anyone is free to work on any issue and apply for work but first person with valid PR/commit and dedicated active contribution wins.
