Dataset in Fides resource types is out of sync with the current implementation.

For instance, it is missing collections: List[DatasetCollection] and also the document is missing DatasetCollection.

Sounds good. I am looking at demo files and source anyway. So, this does not really bother me. I just opened a ticket before I forget to report it.
