"Build Recommended" message when launching Binder (Jupyter Lab)

When I launch my Jupyter Book notebooks with Binder (Jupyter Lab), I always get this message:
Build Recommended
JupyterLab build is suggested:
jupyter-offlinenotebook needs to be included in build
nbdime-jupyterlab needs to be included in build
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
For example, if you go to this page in my Jupyter Book and launch Binder, you get the Build Recommended
message.
Expected behavior
Jupyter Lab launching without an issue
Environment
- Python Version [e.g. 3.7.1]: 3.7.6
- Package versions or output of
jupyter-book --version
: Jupyter Book: 0.8.2 MyST-NB: 0.10.1 Sphinx Book Theme: 0.0.36 MyST-Parser: 0.12.10 Jupyter-Cache: 0.4.1 NbClient: 0.4.0 - Operating System: Mac
