Change text of "Search this book..."

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I’m using jupyter-book to host a blog, so would prefer the search bar read “Search this blog”. Is this possible?

Describe the solution you’d like Text in _config.yml to change the search bar text.

Describe alternatives you’ve considered Could change the html by hand.

Hi, I just found this by googling for the same issue.

The suggest solution works, however I realised that it also changes the text “Powered by Jupyter Book” into “Theme by the Executable Book Project”. I don’t know if there are other unintended changes.

Two suggestions:

document this side-effect, or how to prevent it
add information on how to change the search-bar text here: https://jupyterbook.org/customize/config.html
