rna-transcription: rename "ofDna" with "transcribe"
See original GitHub issueHad a conversation with @chuckwondo on the Java track about the name of the method in rna-transcription
; through it, it became clear that ofDna()
lacks a certain clarity that a verb like transcribe()
would include more punch.
Any objections to renaming that method?

Sounds like a good idea 😃
