How can I use create-react-app@next ?

I am unable to use npx create-react-app@next is it normal ?

Steps to reproduce

1. cd /tmp
2. rm -fr ./my-app-tmp
3. npm uninstall -g create-react-app
4. yarn global remove create-react-app
5. npx create-react-app@next my-app-tmp --template typescript
