Prerelease of react-dev-utils supporting webpack 4
See original GitHub issueHi, I am developing on an ejected CRA and am blocked on moving to webpack 4 by the fact that there is no published version of react-dev-utils which supports it. Support for webpack 4 nominally landed almost a month ago in #4077, and I have been able to test locally that my project builds against this. It would be great if we could get a new prerelease published to @next!
