The first you remove node_modules and npm install. You try find all lib as react-native-device-info, react-native-fcm, react-native-config, react-native-push-notification and edit it to

*- firebase-core:16.0.4*
*- firebase-messaging:15.0.2*
*-play-services-gcm:16.0.0 *

You would hardcode all version on.
i recommend use compileSdkVersion 27

*buildscript {*
* ext {*
* buildToolsVersion = "27.0.3"*
* minSdkVersion = 16*
* compileSdkVersion = 27*
* targetSdkVersion = 26*
* supportLibVersion = "27.1.1"*
* }*
*}*

Good luck !
